Introduction
When building or buying housing and equipment for your rabbit enterprise, you have to be sure to consider both cost and durability. It is important to choose a housing design that works well for your project - one that will not only facilitate proper cleaning and maintenance, but also rabbit care.

This section will go over several rabbit housing options. While you are not
limited to just these options, you can use these layouts as a basis to design
one of your own.

In all market projects (with the exception of fiber production), the rabbits will be part of a breeding program. Therefore, you will need at least three holes (a space with a feeder and water source that has its own door - one hole for the doe, one for the buck, and a third for the kits once they have weaned from the doe).

Solve this Situation

Scenario
Adir has to design a home for his rabbits. He needs something that is practical and that will not be too costly for his operation. Adir’s only problem is that the housing has to be indoors. There is a closed-off room in his parents' warehouse that has a working sink and its own wall mounted air conditioner. Help Adir design a plan to convert that room into his rabbitry. Keep in mind that Adir is breeding Rex rabbits. Be sure you consider the environment in which they will need to be kept, as well as the need for space to store his equipment, supplies and feed.
