About 4-H Embryology
Embryology is a 4-H School Enrichment Project supported by the University of Florida Cooperative Extension Service and your local County Extension Service.
4-H Embryology teaches students about science and respect for life. Students hatch chicks in the classroom and witness the exciting miracle of life. Students take the responsibilities of caring for the fertilized eggs and then the chicks after they have hatched. Following each session, the hatched birds are given to local farmers or adopted out to students.
Now you can take part in this interactive Embryology program with your family or classroom on-line. There are many online resources now available to you including Articulate presentations (powerpoints) and videos that will help guide you through the program and other fun activities that your students will love.
