    Overview

Map of 4-H Camp Cherry Lake showing the campus vision plan, featuring labeled buildings, paths, and activity areas including lodging, dining, outdoor classrooms, and recreational zones around a central lake.

Since 1937, 4-H Camp Cherry Lake has provided programming to youth across Florida and created memories for multiple generations of families. Many of the core buildings on camp today are original to the site’s earliest stages of development. We are at an exciting time where much needed facility investments are being prioritized to provide accessible and seasonal accommodations, while also increasing programmatic reach. These new facilities will provide cabins for visitors and new learning spaces for workforce development, outdoor education, and summer camp classes. The timeline on this page shows achievements toward these facility investment goals, with the Master Plan guiding our path forward.
