    A week-long overnight event for senior 4-H youth (ages 14-18) at the University of Florida. Join us to participate in educational workshops led by UF faculty, explore career opportunities, lead community service activities, and make friends from across the state.

    • State Competitions

      State Competitive Events: Demonstrations/ Illustrated Talks & Public Speaking 

      • Competitive Event participants may be divided into 2 groups (A and B).
      • Tuesday July 28th 10:00AM-12:30PM EST at UF Reitz Union
        • Times will be assigned after late registration closes and added to the Know Before you Go site. Group and Time assignments will be determined by the number of competitors in each category.
      • Competitive Event Awards will be presented at the Champions Dinner on Tuesday, July 28 at 6:45PM in the Reitz Union Grand Ballroom
      • If you are a single day competitor, arrive early to park and check in.
        • You still must register in 4-H Online as a single say competitor. It is a $70 fee and that includes lunch and dinner tickets. Register here: https://4-HU2026.4honline.com 
        • All state competitive event participants are invited to the Champions Dinner on Tuesday. If you are registered for a day-only competition, you do not need to register separately for the Champions Dinner — you are automatically included.
        • If family members or friends would like to attend the dinner, they must purchase a guest ticket.
      • A parking pass for single day competitors is required if you are parking on campus. UF parking details: 
        Welcome Center and Garage 5 Parking – TAPS 
      • Single day competitors will be given a wrist band and a meal voucher for lunch in the Union when you check in.

      State Fashion Revue 

      • Must upload the Fashion Revue project report. (be sure pages 13-17 are completed) in 4-H Online during registration.

      • If you have questions about Fashion Revue after you register, please reach out to Paul Davis at pmdavis@ufl.edu and Prudence Caskey at prudencecaskey@ufl.edu.
      • Fashion Revue show will be during the Share the Fun event on Tuesday, July 28. at 5:00PM
      • Awards will be presented at the Champions Dinner on Tuesday, July 28 at 6:45PM in the Reitz Union Grand Ballroom

      State Share the Fun 

      • Share the Fun Rehearsal will be Tuesday, July 28th at 10:00AM EST in the Rion Ballroom at the Reitz Union. ALL Competitors are required to attend.
      • If you are a single day competitor, arrive early to park and check in.
        • You still must register in 4-H Online as a single say competitor. It is a $70 fee and that includes lunch and dinner tickets. Register here: https://4-HU2026.4honline.com 
        • All state competitive event participants are invited to the Champions Dinner on Tuesday. If you are registered for a day-only competition, you do not need to register separately for the Champions Dinner — you are automatically included.
        • If family members or friends would like to attend the dinner, they must purchase a guest ticket.
      • A parking pass for single day competitors is required if you are parking on campus. UF parking details: Welcome Center and Garage 5 Parking – TAPS
      • Single day competitors will be given a wrist band and a meal voucher for lunch in the Union when you check in.
      • Music and props should be dropped off at the Reitz Union on Monday. If you are a single day competitor, bring your music and props with you to dress rehearsal.
      • Share the Fun Awards are given out at the Champions Dinner on Tuesday night at 6:45PM in the Reitz Union Grand Ballroom.
      • This event is live streamed through Facebook Live on https://www.facebook.com/florida4h.
    • Guests at 4-H University

      Awardees and guests are invited to join us for Competitive Events, Share the Fun, Youth Awards Banquet, and Champion's Banquet. 

      All guests must register in 4-H Online and check in at the 4-H University Headquarter Desk on the 2nd Floor of the Union outside the Grand Ballroom.  

      Guests must purchase tickets by July 10, 2026

      GUEST REGISTRATION

      • Guest Registration in 4-H Online: open until July 10th 
      • We ask that guest registration fees be paid in 4-H Online with an electronic payment by the registration deadline of July 10th.  We cannot accommodate walk ins or late registrations. 
      • Guests may not attend any of the dance activities. Only those 4-H youth members registered for the Full Conference may attend dances.
      • Share the Fun, Senior Awards Banquet, and Champion's Dinner will be live streamed on the Florida 4-H Youth Development (facebook.com). It is a public page and you do not need to have a Facebook account to watch.

      ATTENDEES, REGISTRATION FEES, & PARKING

      • Parking for competitive events and award ceremonies will be in the Reitz Union/Welcome Center Parking Garage at 686 Museum Road, Gainesville, FL. More parking information can be found here.

        • Awards presented at the Champions Dinner recognize youth who have participated in State Competitive Events (demonstrations/ illustrated talks and public speaking), earned first place in a state-level contest, Share the Fun, State Fashion Revue, or were selected as Community Pride Project winners.
        • $35 per guest, dress is professional
        • Kids under 5 are free but must be registered to have a seat
        • No parking fee for arrivals after 4:30PM
        • Tuesday July 28th 6:45PM at UF Reitz Union Grand Ballroom 
      • Senior Awards Banquet
        • Youth recognized at the Senior Awards Banquet include graduating seniors, recipients of Florida 4-H Foundation educational and national trip scholarships, and Leader of the Legacy award. The banquet also features the State Officer Installation Ceremony, officer recognition and awards, and the retiring State President's address.
        • $50 per guest, dress is semi-formal
        • Kids under 5 are free but must be registered to have a seat. 
        • No parking fee for arrivals after 4:30PM
        • Wednesday July 29th 6:30PM at UF Reitz Union Grand Ballroom

      The 4-H University planning committee is comprised of a youth chair appointed from the State Council officer team, youth members from across the state of Florida, and adult advisors. The committee is part of the Florida 4-H Executive Board that meets throughout the year to plan and support statewide programs. Below are the members of this year’s committee:
