Florida 4-HiLEAD: Intermediate Leadership Conference
They are ready. They are capable. Your 11–13-year-old has leadership potential that we are ready to tap into at iLEAD: Intermediate Leadership Conference.
We are excited to invite all intermediate aged youth (11-13 as of September 1 of current 4-H year) in Florida to the University of Florida’s campus for a two night and full day leadership development experience. They will have the opportunity to connect with others from across the state of Florida and explore potential interests to ignite their spark in life.
For those attending this year's event, you can access the Know Before You Go for all the information we currently have to support you having an enjoyable experience. The password is provided in the Know Before You Go email you received through your 4-H Online registration.

The iLEAD planning committee is comprised of a youth chair appointed from the State Council officer team, youth members from across the state of Florida, and adult advisors. The committee is part of the Florida 4-H Executive Board that meets throughout the year to plan and support statewide programs. Below are the members of this year’s committee:
